Dalai Lama

The Dalai Lama recently responded to a question of what surprised him most with the following: “Man, Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money in order to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future. He lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

Tu puedes sanar tu vida / You Can Heal Your Life (Spanish Edition)

Our thoughts are creative. This is the most important law of nature that we need to know. One idle thought doesn’t make much difference, but thoughts are like drops of water—they accumulate. As we continue to rethink the same thoughts over a period of time, they become puddles, ponds, lakes, or oceans. If they’re positive, we can float on the oceans of life.

CHILDREN - HIJOS

Children come through their fathers and mothers, but they do not belong to us. You can give love them but not impose your ideas to them.

Los hijos vienen a travez del padre y la madre, pero no nos pertenecen. Les puedes dar amor pero no imponerle tus ideas.
